Adding a Workflow to a Current Job/Lead

Follow these steps to assign a workflow to a current job/lead.

If you migrated from Legacy you will need to add your workflows to current jobs. You can also follow these steps to add or change a workflow on any job.

Open the job or lead you want to add a workflow to. Click on Assign Workflow.

From the dropdown menu choose the workflow you want to apply.

You will get a popup asking if you want to execute past workflow actions.

If you are adding a workflow to a job that has been migrated from Legacy choose no. All of the emails in the past have already been sent and you only want future emails to send.

If you are adding a new workflow or changing to a different workflow you can choose yes and it will send all previously scheduled emails at once.

Your workflow is now added.
