You can create public facing pricing pages where your clients can choose the packages and add-ons they are interested in. It will come to your ShootQ account as a new lead with a quote attached. You can then turn this quote into an invoice.

Follow the steps below to set up your Pricing Pages.

First navigate to Settings > Products & Pricing and make sure your packages are setup. Once your packages are setup click the share pricing tab and click the green Add New button to create a pricing page.

  • Add a title and description.

  • Choose the theme you want your pricing pages to have.

  • You can enable reCAPTCHA to prevent spam.

  • You can enable an auto response email that sends out as soon as they submit the form.

  • If you would like them to be redirected to a page on your website after filling out the form add it in the redirect field.

  • Choose the packages you want on the pricing page.

  • Save

  • Click the 3 dots to the right of the pricing page to copy the link for sharing.

  • To preview it paste it in the search bar.

The clients will be able to choose the package.

Then choose the add-ons they want.

And then request a quote.

They will fill out required information and send.

You will receive an email notifying you of the new lead from a pricing page and which pricing page it came from.

You will also see this in your ShootQ account as a new lead.

Navigate to the invoices tab of this lead and click on the quote.

In the Quote you have the option to Convert to Invoice. From there you can set a due date or payment plan and save or send to the client.
