To stay in the know with all of the latest activity going on in your ShootQ account you can use the notifications button in your dashboard. The icon for this area is a circle around a number and is  shown highlighted below: 

When you click on this link you'll see a dropdown with all of your latest activity. 

If you wish to see all of the activities click "See all activities" to expand the tab: 

To clear your activity cache, simply click "Mark All as Read" - which will set the counter on the icon back to zero. You can still view old notifications by clicking on the icon link. 

Here are some of the main action items you will see notification alerts for: 

A change in Lead status
A change in Job stats (for example, when it is marked complete)
When a client accepts a proposal
When a contract is signed
When a questionnaire is filled out
When an invoice is paid
Email notifications
