The first thing you should do in ShootQ is double-check your user profile. You can navigate here by clicking on the dropdown in the top right corner and profile or Settings > Account > User Information
User Information
In the User Information section make sure you add a phone number and select a time zone (since many actions within ShootQ are based on time). You can also upload a profile picture which can be viewed on your client sites. And, if necessary, you can update your name, username, email address, and password.
